Use this form to ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information under California’s CPRA and equivalent U.S. state laws. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Delete your Duoloft account and data
You can delete your Duoloft account and its associated data in two ways:
In Duoloft (app or web):open the account menu and choose “Delete account,” then confirm. This permanently deletes your account right away.
By request:use the form above and select “Delete my personal information,” or email support@duoloft.com. We verify using your account email and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted: your login and email address, your profile (display name, avatar, and any details you added), the room(s) you created and their contents (notes, memories, and any photos or images you uploaded), and your partner connection. Any active subscription is cancelled.
What is kept, and for how long: we retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it, such as transaction and billing records kept for tax and accounting purposes. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days. De-identified analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
How we handle your request
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, especially access, deletion, or correction requests. We will typically verify using the email address associated with your account. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to act on the request, but we will tell you why.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.” See our Privacy Policy for the specific rights available in your jurisdiction.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA and equivalent state laws. No form needed.
