How we handle your request
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, especially access, deletion, or correction requests. We will typically verify using the email address associated with your account. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to act on the request, but we will tell you why.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.” See our Privacy Policy for the specific rights available in your jurisdiction.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA and equivalent state laws — no form needed.
